Listeria Outbreak in Florida Possibly Linked to Italian-Style Deli Meats

(Undated) -- A listeria outbreak across three states has the CDC advising those at high risk for infection to avoid eating deli meat, unless thoroughly heated first. Ten people in New York, Massachusetts, and Florida have come down with cases of the bacterial infection so far. All but one of the victims reported having eaten Italian-style meats, like salami.
