The numbers are in: former Vice President Joe Biden had that most speaking time during last night's Democratic presidential candidate debate in Miami. Biden had more than 13-and-a-half minutes of time. He's currently the highest polling candidate and was the most attacked by his fellow White House hopefuls. The least amount of time on the mic went to Andrew Yang, a tech entrepreneur who wants to give every American a universal basic income. California Senator Kamala Harris had the second most speaking time, mostly because of her arguments with Biden about civil rights. Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was third. The debate was a two-night event, with ten candidates on Wednesday and another ten last night.
