Millenials Are Quitting Their Jobs For 'Mental Health Reasons'

A new study finds that younger generations are more likely to quit their job to preserve their mental health.

According to a report in the Harvard Business Review, about 50% of millenials and 75% of "Gen Z" have quit a job due to "mental health reasons".  That's much higher than the overall rate of 20%. Baby boomers came in the lowest at just ten percent.

Millenials, defined as people between ages 22 and 38, were also 3X more likely to experience anxiety and were "more in tune" with their mental health than boomers.
